At Elements of Healing Massage and Reflexology, we believe in the power of massage and the power of positive, healthy touch.  We are not happy unless our clients are happy!  Policies:

• Please call ahead of time to schedule your appointment. 
  

• Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment in order to fill out an intake form and discuss with the therapist your primary reason(s) for your appointment so that we may best accommodate your needs.

• We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  Please respect the time of our therapists and let us know if you are not going to be able to make your appointment.  We understand that sometimes things come up and will be more than glad to reschedule your appointment.
  

• If you have a voucher from LivingSocial or Knox News Deals and do not show up for you appointment or do nor comply with the 24 hour cancellation policy stated above, your voucher may be subject to forfeit.  

• Elements of Healing Therapeutic Massage and Reflexology is composed of therapists who  are licensed by the state of Tennessee and nationally certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, and we are also members of the professional organization Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals

• We strictly adhere to all laws, guidelines, and professional ethics as deemed by  the state, NCBTMB, and AMBP.
